Lateral Partner — Healthcare & Litigation, Los Angeles

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office to expand a growing healthcare and business litigation practice. The role will focus on defending healthcare clients (including regulatory and False Claims Act matters) and handling complex commercial disputes arising from technology, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The team represents a mix of health‑care entities and corporate clients in high‑stakes litigation and regulatory defense. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑disciplinary colleagues across the firm and help originate and manage matters in the region.

• Established partner with significant litigation and healthcare defense experience (including FCA/regulated‑healthcare matters).
• Track record in technology‑related disputes (cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency) and ability to handle complex commercial litigation.
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills; a portable practice or demonstrable client generation is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across practices and contribute to business development in the Los Angeles market.
