We are seeking a lateral partner to join a national litigation team focused on healthcare and life sciences matters. The role is litigation-centric, with responsibility for managing complex disputes, directing trial strategies, and advising healthcare-sector clients on regulatory and operational risk.

This is a partner-level opportunity with scope to lead cases, mentor junior lawyers, and play a visible role in business development. Candidates with an established, portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate client work in healthcare or life sciences litigation are encouraged to apply.

Experienced litigation partner with significant work in healthcare and/or life sciences disputes.
Proven trial and appellate experience and strong record of case management.
Demonstrable client development skills; portable practice preferred.
Ability to supervise and develop associates and collaborate across practices.
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction and strong academic and professional credentials.
