Growing US law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its New York healthcare litigation team. The role focuses on defending and counseling healthcare and life-sciences clients in complex contentious matters, regulatory disputes, and compliance-driven litigation.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop and mentor associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on client-facing solutions. The team handles a range of healthcare and life-sciences disputes, including regulatory investigations, provider and payor litigation, and related commercial litigation.

Portable client relationships and an ability to originate and grow business in the healthcare space are welcome; the firm supports partners building a sustainable practice in the market.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and life-sciences litigation
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain admission)
Proven trial and motion practice, with experience handling regulatory investigations and complex disputes
Demonstrated ability to originate or bring in client work and to mentor junior lawyers
