A national US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its healthcare litigation practice from the Ontario office. The role focuses on counseling healthcare and life sciences clients on complex disputes, regulatory enforcement, and high-stakes litigation.

The partner will manage and develop a team of litigators, take ownership of matters from intake through trial, and work cross‑functionally with regulatory and transactional specialists. A demonstrated track record of business development and the ability to bring or expand client relationships is important.

Partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and/or life sciences matters.
Proven trial and motion practice; experience handling regulatory enforcement and complex disputes preferred.
Track record of leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Business development skills and the ability to develop or bring client relationships (portable practice welcome).
Active bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
