Seeking a partner-qualified litigation lawyer to join a sizable, national firm’s healthcare and life sciences practice in Raleigh. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare providers and related entities across regulatory, civil litigation and risk-management matters.

The team handles complex, high-stakes disputes and regulatory issues for clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. The office offers platform support and collaboration with national collegial teams while allowing significant local market development.

Partner-level litigation experience with a primary focus on healthcare and/or life sciences matters.
Proven track record of originating and handling complex disputes; trial and motion practice experience preferred.
Ability to lead and develop a team and work collaboratively across offices.
Portable client relationships or demonstrable business development capability highly valued.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission.
