Experienced litigation partner sought to join a U.S. law firm’s healthcare litigation practice in Reno. The role will focus on defending and prosecuting complex healthcare and life‑sciences disputes across state and federal courts.

You will lead case teams, manage discovery and trial preparation, advise healthcare industry clients on risk and regulatory matters arising from litigation, and work collaboratively with other practice groups. The firm is open to candidates who can contribute an existing portable practice and help grow the regional healthcare litigation platform.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and life‑sciences litigation.
Proven trial and motion practice, with experience managing teams and high‑stakes matters.
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; ability to contribute to business development.
Bar admission in Nevada or eligibility to obtain admission; strong academic and professional references.
