Seeking a lateral partner to join a national law firm’s San Francisco litigation team with a heavy focus on healthcare disputes and technology-related business litigation. The role will handle healthcare enforcement and defense matters, managed-care litigation, and complex commercial disputes involving cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency issues.

The team represents healthcare industry clients and commercial enterprises across high-stakes disputes, internal investigations and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will be expected to develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to cross-practice initiatives with technology and regulatory teams.

Established partner with significant experience in healthcare litigation and enforcement defense, including False Claims Act matters or similar healthcare enforcement work.
Proven commercial litigator handling technology-related disputes (cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency or related areas).
Track record of business development; portable client relationships or demonstrable origination ability preferred.
Strong written and oral advocacy, team leadership and experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
