Top-tier national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its healthcare litigation practice out of the Shelburne office. The role will focus on representing healthcare and life sciences clients in complex litigation and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team and have the opportunity to develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and build a portable practice. This is a hands-on partner role with responsibility for originating and managing matters across the region.

Established partner with substantial experience in healthcare litigation and life sciences disputes
Track record of leading high-stakes litigation matters and supervising teams
Proven business development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate work preferred
Strong client-facing skills and familiarity with healthcare regulatory issues
