Seeking a lateral partner to join a major national practice focused on healthcare and life-sciences litigation with significant digital-health and technology-related matters. The role involves leading complex disputes, managing trial and appellate work, and advising healthcare and life-sciences clients on regulatory and technology risk tied to litigation.

The ideal candidate will build and grow a regional practice in the Atlanta market, work collaboratively with national teams, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice and demonstrable origination ability will be valued.

Established partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and/or life sciences (including digital health or tech-related disputes)
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and strong courtroom presence
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligible for admission
Ability to work with cross-practice teams on regulatory, transactional and product-liability aspects
