Lateral Partner — Healthcare Litigation & Technology | New Jersey

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare Litigation and Technology practice in New Jersey. The role focuses on counseling and defending clients in healthcare, life sciences and digital-health disputes and related regulatory matters.

The partner will work with interdisciplinary teams across litigation, regulatory and technology groups, handling high-stakes matters and advising sophisticated industry clients. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with national reach while building a regional platform.

• Partner-level experience in healthcare and life-sciences litigation, including matters involving technology or digital health.
• Proven trial, arbitration or contested litigation experience and strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated client-development ability; a portable practice or book of business is welcomed.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, collaborate across practices, and handle complex, multidisciplinary matters. Admission to practice in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain admission.
