The successful candidate will handle bet-the-company and regulatory litigation, advise on litigation risks tied to digital health and life-sciences products, and collaborate with cross‑practice teams on technology and regulatory issues.

Partner-level track record in healthcare and life‑sciences litigation, including digital health or technology-related disputes.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-stakes matters and mentoring junior lawyers.
Portable practice or proven ability to develop significant client relationships and originate work.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
