Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its Washington, D.C. litigation platform with a focus on healthcare disputes and technology-related business litigation. The role emphasizes False Claims Act (FCA) defense, managed-care litigation and complex commercial matters involving cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will handle high-stakes litigation, supervise teams, and work closely with cross-practice groups to support clients in regulated industries. The team values trial-ready experience, client-facing leadership and the ability to develop and grow business in the D.C. market.

Partner-level litigation experience with a substantial healthcare/FCA defense practice.
Track record of handling complex commercial litigation and familiarity with cybersecurity, AI or cryptocurrency disputes.
Proven client development and team leadership skills; portable practice/business development capability preferred.
Admission to practice in D.C. (or ability to obtain admission).
