Seeking a lateral partner to join a San Diego office litigation team focused on health‑care disputes and technology‑related business litigation. The role emphasizes False Claims Act defense, managed‑care matters and complex commercial litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will handle trial and appellate matters, develop and lead client engagements, and work with cross‑practice teams on technology‑driven disputes. The role is suited to a candidate with an established healthcare litigation practice or demonstrable experience defending FCA matters and litigating tech‑related commercial claims.

Portable business is welcome; the firm is looking for someone who can grow the practice, mentor associates and contribute to client development.

Significant litigation experience, including FCA/healthcare defense and managed‑care litigation
Experience with technology‑related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency) and commercial litigation
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and leadership of client matters
Track record of originating or growing business; ability to bring a portable practice
Juris Doctor and admission to practice in California (or ability to obtain admission)
