Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to expand its Healthcare and Life Sciences litigation and technology practice in Sioux Falls. The role will focus on representing healthcare and digital-health clients in complex disputes and regulatory matters, and advising on technology-related risks in the life sciences sector.

The successful candidate will join a cross-practice team that handles litigation, regulatory counseling, and technology-driven matters for healthcare and life-science organizations. This is a partner-level opening with opportunity to develop regional market presence and collaborate with national colleagues.

Partner-level experience in healthcare and life‑sciences litigation, including digital health or technology-related disputes.
Licensed to practice in South Dakota or able to gain admission; federal admissions a plus.
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or book of business歓迎ed.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience working on multi-jurisdictional matters.
