A leading law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Healthcare Litigation practice in Ventura County. The role focuses on handling complex healthcare and life‑sciences disputes, leading teams through discovery, motion practice and trial, and advising clients on regulatory and civil exposure.

The partner will manage a docket of active matters, develop and deepen client relationships, supervise and mentor associates, and collaborate with other practice groups on cross‑disciplinary issues. Candidates with a portable practice or the ability to generate new business are encouraged to apply.

Admission to the California bar (active)
Established track record in healthcare and life‑sciences litigation
Experience managing cases from intake through trial; strong written and oral advocacy
Proven client development skills or a portable practice
Leadership and mentoring experience supervising associates and support staff
