Proven partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and life sciences matters.
Track record of courtroom experience and handling complex civil disputes.
Ability to lead case teams and mentor associates.
Portable practice or demonstrable business development ability preferred.
Active bar admission in the jurisdiction or ability to gain admission.
