Seeking an experienced healthcare partner to join a well-established national practice group in the Orange County market. The role focuses on counseling healthcare providers, payors, and life‑sciences clients on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business in the region, and work collaboratively with national teams on cross‑jurisdictional matters. Portable client relationships and a demonstrated record of originating work are welcome.

Established partner with substantial healthcare and/or life‑sciences experience.
Proven client development and rainmaking ability; portable relationships encouraged.
Track record advising on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters in the healthcare sector.
California bar admission (or ability to become admitted) and experience supervising teams.
