Lead healthcare regulatory and transactional matters in a Chicago-based office of a major national law firm. The role sits at the intersection of healthcare regulatory compliance, licensing, and transactional work and involves cross-practice collaboration with corporate and compliance teams.

The firm is seeking a partner able to originate and grow work, advise on regulatory risk and licensing issues, and manage client relationships across interdisciplinary matters. You will mentor junior lawyers and work closely with senior partners across practices on both advisory and deal-driven assignments.

Established partner with substantial experience in healthcare regulatory matters and transactional work (licensing, compliance, regulatory risk assessment).
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business preferred.
Proven ability to lead deal teams and collaborate across corporate and compliance practices.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and experience advising clients in highly regulated healthcare environments.
