Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a well-established national law firm’s Salt Lake City team focusing on health‑care and technology litigation. The role blends defense work in health‑care disputes (including FCA and managed‑care matters) with commercial litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency-related issues.

The partner will lead client engagements, develop new business, and collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams across the firm’s national platform. This is a visible role for an experienced trial and bet‑the‑business litigator comfortable managing complex, document‑intensive matters and guiding junior lawyers.

Established partner with substantial litigation experience in healthcare disputes and commercial technology matters.
Demonstrated trial or significant motion practice experience; comfort handling FCA/managed‑care defense preferred.
Knowledge of AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency‑related regulatory and commercial issues.
Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships; portable business welcome.
