Seeking a self-sufficient lateral partner to join a national healthcare practice supporting transactional, regulatory and operational matters. The role is open in several U.S. markets (notably Texas, Boston, Florida and Atlanta) and will serve provider-side clients including hospitals, health systems and post-acute care providers.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of transactional and regulatory experience across provider-side matters — for example hospital/health system transactions, long-term care/CCRC, ambulatory surgery centers, Stark/Anti‑Kickback compliance, False Claims Act exposure, HIPAA/privacy, and behavioral health/regulatory issues. The team values practitioners who can advise on operational implementation as well as deal execution and regulatory risk management.

This is a partner-level role with opportunity to lead client relationships and grow a regional or national healthcare practice; candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable business development traction are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level healthcare attorney with demonstrable transactional and regulatory experience on the provider side
Experience with hospital/health system matters, long-term care/CCRC, ASCs, Stark/AKS, FCA, HIPAA or behavioral-health regulation
Proven ability to advise on both deal execution and operational/regulatory implementation
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; openness to bringing a portable practice preferred
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
