Top-tier national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston healthcare transactions practice. The role focuses on advising healthcare providers, payors and related entities on a range of transactional matters, including strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and contract negotiations.

The successful candidate will join an established, multidisciplinary team and help grow a market-leading healthcare practice in the region. This is a client-facing role with significant responsibility for originating and executing complex deals.

Established partner with substantial healthcare transactions experience.
Proven track record of originating or managing significant client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong transactional skills (M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial contracting).
Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to obtain) and experience working with healthcare industry clients.
