We are seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a national hospitality practice focused on hotels, resorts and food & beverage clients. The role sits at the intersection of real estate, corporate transactions and finance, with regular collaboration across tax, employment and litigation teams.

The successful candidate will drive business development, manage complex transactions and advise institutional and hospitality-sector clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and operational matters. This is a partner-level role for an attorney with an established, portable practice and proven client relationships.

Established partner with a portable book of business and demonstrable client origination history
Significant experience advising hotels, resorts or hospitality-related real estate transactions
Strong transactional background in real estate acquisitions/dispositions and financing; familiarity with corporate and tax issues desirable
Track record of leading deal teams, developing business and mentoring junior lawyers
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to travel as required
