Established international firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Charlotte office to lead and grow a cross-practice Finance and Intellectual Property Litigation offering. The role will focus on high-value leveraged and structured finance matters and patent litigation, working with national and regional clients.

The partner will work across finance and disputes teams, manage and develop client relationships, and play a visible business-development role for the office. This is a partner-track lateral role where a portable practice or demonstrable client origination is valued.

Partner-level experience in leveraged/structured finance and/or patent litigation
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business welcomed
Experience leading teams on complex transactions and/or contested IP matters
Strong business development and network within the region and relevant industry sectors
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
