Senior partner-level hire sought for a leading Calgary practice focusing on insolvency, restructuring and related commercial litigation. The role will lead mandates, advise creditor and debtor-side clients, and handle complex insolvency disputes and courtroom matters.

Established partner-level background in insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation.
Track record of originating and managing complex mandates; portable practice or demonstrable client generation ability preferred.
Strong advocacy and dispute-resolution experience, including courtroom exposure.
Admitted or eligible for admission in Alberta (or ability to obtain admission).
Proven ability to mentor junior lawyers and build practice teams.
