Established litigation team in Fort Worth is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a policyholder-focused insurance coverage practice. The group handles disputed coverage claims and provides insurance counseling across commercial lines.

The role involves taking primary responsibility for managing complex coverage litigation, advising corporate policyholders, and mentoring junior litigators. The firm supports business development and offers resources to grow a portable practice.

• Established partner or senior-level insurance coverage litigator with a track record representing policyholders (not insurers)
• Extensive experience handling disputed coverage claims and related counseling; court and litigation management experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and grow a portable practice
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; active bar admission in Texas or willingness to obtain admission
