Lateral Partner — Insurance Coverage Litigation, Harrisburg

Well-established law firm in Harrisburg is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its insurance coverage practice representing policyholders. The role focuses on litigated coverage disputes, insurance counseling, and strategic advice on complex coverage matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative litigation team and handle matters through motion practice, trial and appeals where needed, while also advising clients on coverage analysis and risk mitigation. The position offers a platform to steward and expand a policyholder-focused practice in the region.

• Established partner-level experience in insurance coverage litigation representing policyholders (coverage disputes, declaratory judgment actions, bad faith, insurance counseling).
• Track record of leading contested matters through briefing, motion practice and trial or appellate advocacy.
• Strong client-development skills; ability to grow a portable practice or contribute materially to originations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and oral advocacy abilities; collaborative team orientation.
