• Partner-level experience with a primary focus on insurance coverage litigation and policyholder representation
• Proven track record in disputed coverage claims, including motion practice and trial/appellate experience
• Ability to provide insurance counseling and strategic advice to corporate clients
• Portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships
• Admitted (or able to obtain admission) in Tennessee or eligible for admission
