Seeking a partner to lead and insurance-coverage practice from the Newark office, representing policyholders in coverage disputes and providing insurance counseling. The role combines courtroom litigation with client-facing advisory work on complex coverage matters.

The successful candidate will run and develop a policyholder-focused practice handling disputed coverage claims, coverage opinions, and related litigation. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for business development and team leadership.

Portable business is welcome and candidates with an established book of business will be competitive.

Established partner-level experience handling insurance-coverage litigation and counseling for policyholders.
Proven trial and appellate litigation skills and experience managing complex coverage disputes.
Track record of originating or cultivating client relationships; portable business encouraged.
Bar admission in New Jersey or eligibility to waive/obtain admission; strong professional references.
