Leading law practice seeks a lateral partner to head and grow an insurance-coverage litigation practice in Raleigh. The role focuses on representing policyholders (not insurers) in disputed coverage matters and providing insurance counseling to corporate and institutional clients.

The partner will handle complex coverage litigation, advise on coverage strategy and risk allocation, and play a senior role in client development and practice management. This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced insurance litigator with a portable practice or demonstrable business development ability.

Established partner-level experience in insurance-coverage litigation, with a track record representing policyholders.
Experience advising clients on insurance counseling, coverage opinions, and dispute resolution.
Proven litigation skills, including motion practice and courtroom experience.
Demonstrable business development capability and a portable practice or ability to originate work.
Admission to practice in North Carolina or ability to obtain admission.
