Lateral Partner — Insurance Coverage Litigation, Wilmington

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy insurance coverage litigation team in Wilmington. The role focuses on representing policyholders in disputed coverage matters and providing insurance counseling.

The team handles complex coverage disputes in state and federal courts and advises clients on coverage strategies and risk management. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for leading matters and developing client relationships.

• Established practice representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and counseling.
• Proven litigation experience, including leading matters and managing teams.
• Demonstrated business development skills; a portable practice or book of business is welcomed.
• Ability to be admitted or to become admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
