Lateral Partner — Insurance Litigation, Bay Area

Leading Bay Area litigation team seeks a lateral partner to join its insurance practice with a focus on policyholder-side matters. The role will involve managing complex coverage litigation, counseling insured clients, and leading trial and appellate work in state and federal courts.

Ideal candidate will take a hands-on role supervising associates, developing client relationships, and growing a portable practice in insurance recovery and coverage disputes. The team handles a mix of high-stakes litigation and strategic counseling for corporate and institutional insureds.

• Established partner with significant experience in insurance coverage litigation, policyholder representation preferred
• Track record of leading litigation matters through trial and appeal and supervising junior lawyers
• Proven client development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable ability to grow business
• Bar admission in California or willingness to seek admission; strong academic and professional references
