Lateral Partner, Insurance Litigation — Boston

Established litigation practice seeking a partner to lead and grow an insurance-coverage practice in Boston. The role focuses on representing policyholders in disputed coverage matters and providing insurance counseling on complex liability and coverage issues.

Ideal candidates will run a portable practice or contribute significant client relationships and will take a hands-on role in litigation strategy, motion practice, and client advising. The team handles high-stakes coverage disputes across commercial lines.

• Experienced insurance-coverage litigator with a track record representing policyholders (significant experience in coverage disputes preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation, including dispositive motions and trial readiness
• Strong client-development skills; portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred
• Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to transfer; excellent writing and client-facing skills
