Lateral Partner — Insurance Litigation, Charleston

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Charleston-based insurance litigation team representing policyholders. The role focuses on disputed coverage claims, coverage litigation, and insurance counseling across commercial lines.

The team handles coverage disputes, coverage counseling and related litigation work for policyholder clients. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for managing matters, developing client relationships, and contributing to the regional bench of insurance litigation expertise.

• Partner-level experience in insurance coverage litigation and counseling for policyholders.
• Proven track record of managing complex coverage disputes and courtroom or arbitration experience.
• Strong client-development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable business-generating ability preferred.
• Bar admission in South Carolina (or willingness to obtain) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
