This partner will handle high-stakes coverage disputes, manage case teams, and provide strategic advice to corporate and institutional policyholders. The position offers the opportunity to build a regional practice and collaborate with a national litigation platform.

Established insurance-coverage litigation background representing policyholders (not insurers)
Proven trial and motion practice in coverage disputes and related counseling
Demonstrated partner-level experience, including client development and team leadership
Admission to the Oregon bar or ability to become admitted
Portable practice/book of business preferred
