Experienced insurance litigator sought to join a well-established regional team in the Research Triangle Park area. The role focuses on representing policyholders in disputed coverage matters and providing insurance counseling across a range of commercial issues.

The practice combines courtroom and pre‑litigation work, including coverage disputes, bad‑faith and related claims, and client counseling on coverage strategy and risk management. The firm is looking for a partner who can lead cases, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the policyholder-focused practice.

Admission to the relevant state bar and eligibility to practice in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain admission)
Established partner-level experience in insurance coverage litigation and counseling representing policyholders
Proven trial and/or motion practice skills and experience managing complex coverage disputes
Track record of client development; ability to contribute a portable practice or cultivate new business
