Highly regarded law firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced insurance partner to lead and grow its insurance and reinsurance practice. The role involves advising on contentious and non-contentious insurance matters across the UAE and broader Middle East region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in insurance and reinsurance work, strong client relationships and the ability to originate and develop business. This is a senior role with significant responsibility for team leadership and practice development.

Established partner-level experience in insurance and reinsurance matters.
Proven client development and relationship management skills; a portable practice or ability to originate work is highly desirable.
Regional market experience (UAE / Middle East) and familiarity with local regulatory and dispute-resolution forums.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within a fee-earning practice.
