Leading international firm seeks an experienced insurance partner to lead and grow its Riyadh insurance and reinsurance practice. The role focuses on advising insurers, reinsurers and corporate policyholders on transactional, regulatory and coverage matters across the region.

The partner will manage and develop client relationships, lead complex mandates, mentor and build a local team, and work collaboratively with regional and international colleagues on cross-border matters.

Established partner-level insurance/reinsurance practice with a strong track record of mandates.
Proven client relationship and business development skills; ability to grow a portable practice.
Experience leading teams and working on cross‑border or regional matters.
Licensed/admitted to practise in a recognised jurisdiction (or equivalent experience).
