Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Antitrust (Chicago)

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Chicago office to strengthen a cross-practice team focused on IP litigation, antitrust disputes, and corporate matters. The role will sit at the intersection of patent litigation (with a strong life sciences and technology focus), private equity-related antitrust work, and energy sector matters.

The partner will work on high-stakes, bet-the-company litigation and complex transactional matters alongside experienced trial and transactional lawyers. This is an opportunity to build and lead a portable practice within a collaborative platform that supports cross-office coordination and national client relationships.

• Established partner with a portable litigation and/or transactional practice (patent litigation, antitrust, and related corporate work preferred).
• Proven track record handling life sciences and technology patent disputes and antitrust matters tied to private equity transactions.
• Strong client-development skills and experience leading deal teams and courtroom litigation; ability to work collaboratively across offices.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to seek admission.
