Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to strengthen its Chicago litigation team with a dual focus on patent litigation in life sciences/technology and antitrust matters connected to private equity and finance transactions.

The role will lead high‑stakes patent cases, collaborate with cross‑practice teams on antitrust disputes and regulatory matters, and develop client relationships across private equity, life sciences, technology and energy sectors. The team offers a national platform, collaborative colleagues, and an open compensation approach.

We are looking for a commercially minded partner who can both litigate complex matters and generate new business; portability of a practice or client relationships is expected.

Established partner with significant experience leading patent litigation and antitrust/competition matters.
Track record of working with life sciences, technology and/or private equity clients.
Proven trial and court advocacy experience and ability to manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional litigation.
Strong business development capabilities and a portable practice or client relationships.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Chicago office.
