Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Antitrust Litigation (San Diego)

Established lateral partner opportunity in a major San Diego office for an experienced litigator focusing on patent litigation and antitrust matters. The role sits at the intersection of life‑sciences and technology disputes, and will also engage with private‑equity‑related antitrust work and broader corporate litigation as needed.

The practice offers collaboration with cross‑discipline teams (corporate, IP, antitrust and energy practices) on high‑value, complex matters and the chance to lead trial and appellate work. The firm seeks a partner who can both develop client relationships locally and contribute to growth across related industry sectors.

• Proven partner‑level litigation background in patent litigation and/or antitrust disputes, preferably involving life‑sciences or technology clients.
• Track record of handling high‑stakes trials, hearings or complex motions; strong advocacy and case‑management skills.
• Demonstrable ability to generate and sustain client relationships; a portable practice or established book of business is desirable.
• Experience working collaboratively across corporate, IP and industry teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
