The practice offers collaboration with cross‑discipline teams (corporate, IP, antitrust and energy practices) on high‑value, complex matters and the chance to lead trial and appellate work. The firm seeks a partner who can both develop client relationships locally and contribute to growth across related industry sectors.
- Proven partner‑level litigation background in patent litigation and/or antitrust disputes, preferably involving life‑sciences or technology clients.
- Track record of handling high‑stakes trials, hearings or complex motions; strong advocacy and case‑management skills.
- Demonstrable ability to generate and sustain client relationships; a portable practice or established book of business is desirable.
- Experience working collaboratively across corporate, IP and industry teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
