Leading New York office seeks a lateral partner to join a busy IP and antitrust practice serving private equity, life sciences and technology clients. The role focuses on patent litigation and antitrust disputes, often in connection with transactional or portfolio matters for institutional investors and technology companies.

The partner will lead complex contested matters, develop client relationships across IP and competition workstreams, and collaborate with cross‑practice teams. This is an opportunity to join a well‑resourced practice with a national platform and to bring a portable practice.

Established partner with a proven track record in patent litigation and antitrust/competition matters
Experience advising or litigating for private equity, life sciences or technology clients
Ability to originate and grow client business — demonstrated portable practice preferred
Strong trial and/or appellate experience, and ability to lead case teams
Active bar admission and ability to practice in New York
