Established partner with significant patent-litigation and antitrust/competition experience
Proven record handling life-sciences and/or technology disputes; trial and appellate experience preferred
Comfort advising private-equity and corporate clients on litigation risk and deal-related competition issues
Track record of business development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
