Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate, Huntsville

Senior lateral partner opportunity in Huntsville with a well-established, full-service firm seeking to grow its IP litigation and corporate teams. The role is focused on leading high-value patent and intellectual property litigation matters, while also supporting corporate governance and transactional work.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and managing client relationships. The team prioritizes growth in the Southeast but will consider partners in other U.S. offices who can collaborate across practice groups and help expand regional capabilities.

This is a partner-level position with potential equity discussions handled case-by-case. The firm emphasizes cross-practice collaboration, client development, and senior leadership within thriving litigation and corporate practices.

• Established partner with a portable book of business and demonstrated origination history
• Significant experience in patent and IP litigation; familiarity with corporate governance and transactional matters preferred
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to practice before federal courts where required
• Proven experience leading teams, developing client relationships, and contributing to practice growth
