A national full‑service law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Irvine office with a primary focus on intellectual property (including patent/IP litigation) and corporate practice. The role is intended for a rainmaker who can lead matters, develop client relationships and collaborate with existing offices across the firm’s West Coast and Southeast footprint.

The firm values partners with a portable practice and proven origination ability; compensation structures are flexible and may include equity on a case‑by‑case basis. The new hire will work with cross‑discipline teams (litigation, corporate governance and related groups) and help grow the office’s market presence.

Established partner-level experience in IP litigation and/or corporate practice
Portable practice or demonstrable client origination and business development track record
Proven leadership and ability to manage and mentor teams
Admissions and credentials appropriate to practice jurisdiction
