Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property, Corporate & Litigation (Greensboro)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established U.S. law firm’s Greensboro office with a leading focus on intellectual property, litigation and corporate work. The role is ideal for an experienced partner who handles patent/IP litigation and corporate matters and who can help grow a multi-practice platform.

There is particular interest in candidates with a portable practice and a demonstrable book of business who can collaborate across offices in the Southeast (and other U.S. markets). Opportunities include client development, cross-practice teaming on complex matters, and contributing to regional office growth initiatives.

• Established partner with significant experience in IP litigation and corporate transactions or governance
• Portable book of business and proven rainmaking/relationship-generation ability
• Experience leading teams and working across practice areas (litigation, IP, corporate)
• Bar admission and standing appropriate for practice in the relevant jurisdiction
