Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate Litigation, Tysons

Established national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Tysons office with a primary focus on intellectual property litigation and corporate matters. The role is aimed at candidates who will lead high-value IP and commercial disputes and who can also support corporate governance and transactional work as needed.

Preference for partners with a portable practice and an established book of business. The firm is growing across multiple U.S. offices and is open to candidates who will collaborate regionally, with particular hiring interest in southeastern and select West Coast locations.

• Seasoned partner with significant experience in IP litigation and related commercial disputes.
• Proven track record of originating and developing business; portable practice preferred.
• Experience handling corporate governance and transactional matters advantageous.
• Strong client management, trial/strategic litigation skills, and ability to work cross-office on national matters.
