Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate (Minneapolis)

Seeking an experienced partner to join a major international firm’s Minneapolis team with a cross-practice focus on intellectual property, technology transactions, corporate M&A and capital markets. The role will combine IP litigation and transactional work with growth-oriented corporate matters for technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients.

The team is expanding and looks for a partner who can advise on complex IP disputes and related tech-commercial transactions while contributing to M&A and capital markets engagements. Strong collaboration across national offices and practices is a key part of the role.

• Established partner with a portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate and manage client relationships
• Significant experience in IP litigation and technology transactions; transactional M&A and capital markets experience desirable
• Track record handling matters for technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients
• Excellent client-development, team leadership and cross-office collaboration skills
