Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Nashville office to help grow and lead IP and corporate practices. The role emphasizes patent and IP litigation, corporate governance and transactional work, with opportunities to collaborate across litigation and mass torts teams.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and proven client relationships; the firm is focused on partners who can contribute immediately while also participating in regional growth initiatives across the Southeast and other U.S. offices.

• Established partner with a portable book of business and demonstrable client origination
• Substantive experience in IP/patent litigation and/or corporate transactional work
• Proven leadership, business development capability, and ability to work collaboratively across offices
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
