Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate, Phoenix

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to grow and lead intellectual property litigation and corporate work. The role focuses on trial-ready IP litigation and strategic corporate governance matters, with opportunities to collaborate across a US office network.

The firm is particularly interested in partners with a portable practice who can contribute immediately to revenue and help expand IP and corporate capabilities. There is flexibility in compensation structure and the potential for equity on a case-by-case basis.

• Partner-level experience in IP litigation and/or corporate practice, with a proven track record
• Portable book of business and demonstrable client development ability
• Significant litigation or transactional experience relevant to IP and corporate governance
• Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s) and ability to work across offices
