Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate, Silicon Valley

National law firm with a significant U.S. platform is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Silicon Valley practice focusing on intellectual property litigation and corporate matters. The role is aimed at an experienced partner who will both litigate high-stakes IP matters and advise on corporate governance and transactional work for technology clients.

The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and a demonstrated record of originating and growing client relationships. The team collaborates across multiple U.S. offices, and there is flexibility in office location for the right candidate.

• Established partner with a strong track record in IP litigation and related corporate work
• Demonstrated business generation and ability to bring a portable book of business
• Experience advising technology clients on corporate governance and transactions
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in California preferred
